Young middle class hit hard with ageism

The young middle class are hit hard by ageism, young highly qualified and educated middle class workers are hit harder than anyone, they have strong qualification and experiencer but are looked down on by older generations.

They are often in more debt then most generations either student debt, business loans, overdrafts, the future is very bleak for the young and well educated. Often to creative for top universities but too educated to be on benefits or in a low paid job.
